Technical background began with programming, systems administration, and operations. Career shifted to teaching mathematics for 8 years. Currently, a Software Quality Assurance Engineer completing a full-stack web development bootcamp through Case Western Reserve University in order to transition back into computer programming and Web Development

Within current position, works collaboratively with software development staff on departmental and cross-departmental projects. Executes test strategies and test plans aimed to observe, test, diagnose, and report defects in the software. Stays connected with new and enhanced application features and functions in order to conduct effective end-to-end testing to ensure the stability and quality of releases. Testing software has sparked a desire to dive back into the programming/development arena.
